Founded by Emily Smith, Heniam & Associates (“Heniam”) is a business with two offices in the Region of Murcia – one in the heart of La Manga Club and one on the Los Belones Industrial Estate, conveniently located right next to the notary – which have been established primarily for the purpose of offering legal advice and solutions to those who need them.

This includes conveyancing, property disputes, appeals to regulatory bodies, wills and inheritance advice, company formation and assistance with the Spanish system, residency and TIE applications, and all other communications that may become necessary with the Spanish Administration.

Emily’s background is predominantly in the field of Law. She holds an LL.B (Bachelor’s Degree) and a Post-Graduate Certificate from the University of London, and an LL.M (Master’s Degree) from the University of Law, and she has completed the Legal Practice Course.

She is currently studying for the Spanish Law Degree at UCAM here in Murcia, with a view to qualifying as a Spanish Lawyer.

She brings with her, experience from a top tier law firm in the UK, Dispute Mediation, and a background in Property Management and Administration here in Spain.
