Located in the same premises as Military Breaks Plus next to Bokao Bar in the Al Kasar Commercial Centre, the Condado Fitness Centre has the equipment to target the major muscle groups: Chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abdomen, quadriceps, and hamstrings so you can focus on the area you want to improve or if you want to go for a full body tone up, taking into consideration the muscle group you work with will need 48 hours rest, it can be convenient to follow up the next day with a different part of the body. This gives your muscle groups time to recover.
