Four shows at the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena in Águilas in October and November
Season tickets are now on sale for the “Danza a Escena” cycle of events at the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena in Águilas, lasting from October 20 to November 18.
The season tickets are priced at just 10 euros, for which admission is granted to four shows which present various aspects of both traditional and modern dance. Tickets for individual events are on sale at 5 euros each.
The first of these is on October 20, when the Explica Dansa company perform “Tra, tra, tra. Tradición, transmisión, traición. Una Mirada Contemporánea a la Tradición”, a “dance conference in which they share the stage with the Cuadrilla of the Águilas village of Cuesta de Gos.
This is followed on October 26 by the Ana Mula Proyect presenting “Cuecas em 8”, which aims to be a manifesto for the process of women adapting to living in a foreign country, and on November 3 by “Loop”, a kind of love letter to stage machinery created by Aracaladanza.
Finally, on November 18, contemporary flamenco dancer María del Mar Suárez “La Chachi” presents “Los inescalables Alpes. Buscando a Currito”.
