Condado Today is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.
When submitting text to be included on Condado Today, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:

Attach the information in a Word Document or Google Doc
Include all relevant points, including:
Who is the organisation running the event?
Where is it happening?
When?
How much does it cost?
Is it necessary to book beforehand, or can people just show up on the day?

Registration open for 4th quarter Torre Activa programme for young teenagers in Los Alcázares
Free activities for 12- to 16-year-olds in a safe environment in Los Alcázares
The Town Hall department of Youth has announced the programme of free activities for 12-to 16-year-olds for the last three months of 2025, with the “Torre Activa” event being held every Friday and Saturday between 19.00 and 23.00 at the Espacio Joven La Torre (click for map).
The aim of this programme is to provide a safe and dynamic venue for young people where their parents and relatives need not worry about their wellbeing, and the initiative is funded by the national Ministry for Equality. Activities and sessions are designed to help Young teenagers make friends and develop their abilities in a creative fashion.
Many of the activities take place outdoors (such as sports, competitions and others) while others are inside, including video games, film screenings, music, board games and a meeting area.
Registration for the activities is now open and can be performed either through the electronic Town Hall page or in person at the Registro General and at the CISSMU.
