October 6 to 8 Local fiestas in the Aguilas districts of Las Majadas and Las Molinetas
Two evenings of music and fun and a giant paella for Sunday lunch on the northern edge of Águilas
The districts of Las Majadas, Las Molinetas and the old cemetery on the northern outskirts of the town of Águilas in south-western Murcia are holding their annual fiestas over the weekend of October 6, 7 and 8, with the majority of the events taking place in the Plaza Montcada i Reixac.
The programme for the weekend includes the following:
Friday October 6
19.00: Inflatables and bouncy castles are set up.
21.00: Street parade with music from the “La Cuerva” charanga group.
22.00: Live music from Kañasur.
Saturday October 8
18.00: Inflatables and bouncy castles are set up.
19.00: DJ Ricky Fiestas takes charge of music for the early evening.
22.00: Live music from Aires de Veleta.
Sunday October 8
12.00: The inflatables are set up again as DJ Ricky Fiestas provides the music.
14.00: A giant paella for all those attending.
Throughout the festivities there will be a bar and a churros stand in operation.
