10 restaurants in Cartagena take part in the annual Cartagena con Sabor a Mar festival, featuring bluefin tuna!
The 5th edition of the Cartagena con Sabor a Mar gastronomy event takes place this year between 31st October and 9th November with the participation of 10 restaurants in the city as they celebrate the flavour and quality of the blue-fin tuna which is reared and caught in the area by the company Ricardo Fuentes e Hijos.
Inevitably this is an attractive proposition not only for the local population but also to those visiting from abroad and other parts of Spain, and all of the establishments taking part will be featuring dishes with tuna as the most prominent ingredient. Those establishments are La Flota, Magoga, Alviento, La Marquesita, Sacromonte, Casa Tomás, Las Termas del Pincho, Mare Nostrum, Varadero and Larvi.
