Guidelines for submitting articles to Condado Today
Hello, and thank you for choosing CondadoToday.com to publicise your organisation’s info or event.
Condado Today is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.
When submitting text to be included on Condado Today, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:

Attach the information in a Word Document or Google Doc
Include all relevant points, including:
Who is the organisation running the event?
Where is it happening?
When?
How much does it cost?
Is it necessary to book beforehand, or can people just show up on the day?
…but try not to exceed 300 words
Also attach a photo to illustrate your article, no more than 100kb
October 30 and 31 Halloween activities for all ages in Los Alcázares
Spooky surprises in store for both children and adults!
After the dismay and inconvenience caused by the recent flooding in Los Alcázares the Town Hall and residents are anxious to get back to normality, and one thing to look forward to now that the tap water is at last drinkable again after over a week is the range of activities being held to celebrate Halloween this year.
The official schedule is as follows, with mosto f the activities designed for children with the exception of the special tourist train rides on the night of Halloween itself.
Thursday October 30
18.00: “Halloween Pumpkin”, children’s entertainment in the new park behind the Centro de Seguridad, with face painting, a show and fun all round.
Friday October 31
17.30: A parade through the streets, starting at the Polideportivo and ending at the Town Hall. Come along in costume!
18.00: A themed party for children in the Plaza de la Feria, with games, entertainment and a cobweb workshop!
18.30 to 21.30: A terror maze in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (Plaza Manuel Floreal Menárguez), recommended for under 12s.
20.00 to 21.30: The terror tourist train, leaving from the Town Hall on a journey of fear and spooky surprises! Prior registration will be required online here as of Tuesday October 28. Recommended for over 12s.
