Condado Today is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.
When submitting text to be included on Condado Today, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:

Attach the information in a Word Document or Google Doc
Include all relevant points, including:
Who is the organisation running the event?
Where is it happening?
When?
How much does it cost?
Is it necessary to book beforehand, or can people just show up on the day?
…but try not to exceed 300 words
Also attach a photo to illustrate your article, no more than 100kb

December 14 Free guided tour of the casa de las Maravillas in Cehegín
A special anniversary for the town of Cehegín and the devotees of the Virgen de las Maravillas
2025 marks the 300th anniversary of the reception in Cehegín in 1725 of the carved figure representing the Virgen de las Maravillas, which has been revered by the local population ever since, and to celebrate the occasion this free guided tour is being held on Sunday 14th December.
The tour, which is conducted in Spanish, begins at 10.30 at the Casa de las Maravillas and comfortable footwear is recommended. Online booking is required here, and it is likely that the limited places available will be filled quickly, so if you can’t make it please advise of the cancellation of your booking.
