Aguilas takes delivery of 11 Blue Flags for quality beaches and marinas for the summer of 2023
No other municipality in Murcia matches the figure achieved by Águilas this year
Representatives of the Town Hall of Águilas proudly took delivery of the 11 Blue Flags which will be flown at local beaches and marinas this summer, the highest total of any municipality in the Region of Murcia, with outgoing Councillor for Tourism Desiderio Navarro accepting the awards from regional government minister Marcos Ortuño.
Nine of the Águilas Blue Flags will be flying during the summer at the beaches of Calarreona, La Carolina, La Casica Verde, La Colonia, La Higuerica, Las Delicias, Levante, Matalentisco and Poniente, while the other two will be seen at the Club Náutico Águilas and Puerto Deportivo Juan Montiel.
